Note: Our refund and return policy applies only to damaged items and is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you are eligible for:

60% Cash Back
Additionally, if you wish to exchange or receive cash back beyond the 10-day period, you are still eligible for:
80% Exchange
60% Cash Back (valid for a lifetime).
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
Contact your bank to confirm the refund status.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale (offer) items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@siddheshwarpearls.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
